What has been the highlight of your traineeship at the SRB?
The most memorable moment during my traineeship at the SRB was having the opportunity to travel to Paris and attend a workshop. This experience was particularly rewarding because it pushed me out of my comfort zone and gave me the chance to speak in front of some of our key stakeholders. Through this experience, and the preparation leading up to it, I was able to strengthen my communication skills, which are essential at the SRB, where we work closely with many banks from diverse cultural backgrounds.
