The Single Resolution Board is planning to award Multiple Framework Service Contracts in cascade for service provision in Time and Means for development, consultancy and support in the field of Information Systems, with the following 3 Lots:
Lot 1 - Consultancy services related to the conception, development and implementation of information systems (IS) : the maximum amount of the contract is EUR 35 000 000. The SRB intends to award the contract to maximum 15 economic operators.
Lot 2 - Support services of information systems (i.e. Service Desk): the maximum amount of the contract is EUR 5 000 000. The SRB intends to award the contract to maximum 5 economic operators.
Lot 3 - Operations, infrastructure implementation, workplace solution and Cybersecurity services : the maximum amount of the contract is EUR 10 000 000. The SRB intends to award the contract to maximum 15 economic operators.
The duration of the Multiple Framework Service Contracts will be maximum 4 years.
