Seán De Búrca is a Senior Media and Communications Adviser at the Single Resolution Board in Brussels, specialising in strategic communications, media relations and speechwriting on EU banking resolution and financial stability. With over 15 years’ experience across EU institutions, he has worked in senior communications and policy roles at the SRB, the European Commission and the European Parliament, supporting high-level political and regulatory messaging. He holds a BA in Law and French from the University of Galway as well as Master’s degree in European Studies from the Université catholique de Louvain. He is fluent in English, French and Irish.
