Purpose:
Purpose of the launch of this negotiated procedure is the signature of a contract as soon as possible with one economic operator for a duration of 9 months.
The SRB had a fire incident related to the photovoltaic panels on its building at Treurenberg 22 in Brussels recently and is looking for a company who provides the following two experts:
Expert on Building Safety who evaluates the structural and functional integrity of the SRB building following a recent fire incident, with a focus on assessing damage to the façade and roof.
Minimum requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
- 3+ years in structural assessments and fire-damage evaluations.
- Proven expertise with façades, roofs, photovoltaic panels.
- Experience in designing repairs and reinforcements for fire-damaged buildings.
- Familiarity with fire-resistant materials.
Expert in Fire Protection who analyses and enhances fire safety protocols, with an emphasis on investigating the recent fire incident (Fire Protection).
Minimum requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in fire safety assessments and incident investigations.
- Expertise in root cause analysis of fire incidents, including electrical systems and photovoltaic panels.
- Knowledge of fire safety standards and codes.
- Proficiency in evaluating and designing improvements for fire alarms, sensors, and suppression systems
