Dr. Denise Bauer-Weiler is member of the Management Board of UBS Europe SE and the EMEA Head for Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance. In her role, she oversees the control of non-financial risks (Compliance, Financial Crime Prevention, Operational Risk Control), Governmental and Regulatory Affairs, Investigations and Governance matters.
Denise joined UBS in 2016 and has established UBS’s relationships with European prudential supervisors, especially with the European Central Bank. Prior to UBS, she worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer on Banking Supervision and Capital Markets Law in Frankfurt and Hong Kong.
