Amandine Zelenko is Head of the Enforcement Unit at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).
Graduated from the LSE and Sciences Po (Paris), Amandine is a qualified French lawyer who started her career at Linklaters and the French Ministry of Finance, before working for the European Commission.
She joined ESMA in 2013 and her Unit is in charge of independent investigations and enforcement proceedings against ESMA supervised entities (such as credit rating agencies and trade repositories), supervisory convergence between national regulators in the enforcement area, and breach of Union law complaints.
