The virtual conference will be organised around a number of expert panels made up of senior legal practitioners in the field, distinguished judges and globally eminent academics. A range of topical legal issues pertinent to both EU and Banking Union law will be discussed.

Participation will require prior (online) registration. We look forward to your participation!

Publications on the legal conference

The reflections and conclusions of the 2022 SRB Legal Conference are captured in a special issue of the European Company and Financial Law Review (ECFR). They will fuel ongoing discussions on the European Banking Union.
